Strictly parties. No noise disturbances between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. to respect other guests and our own household ( rooms are within one property). No smoking in the rooms. Damages to walls, carpet, furniture, curtains and bathroom fixtures must be paid for including specialised cleaning if necessary. Only registered guests are allowed to stay.

We reserve the right to terminate a stay immediately if a guest violates terms, causes nuisance or engages in illegal activity. Also we reserve the right to refuse a booking from a guest who has violated these terms or caused damage during a previous stay/ reservation. There is a trampoline sunken in the garden which children are welcome to use at their parents discretion but we accept no liability for injury. ( Max weight on trampoline 14 stone). Thank you.
