£75.00 per night for 2 people
£95.00 per night for 3 people
£110.00 per night for 4 people
Children under 12 years £15.00 each instead of £20.00 for 3rd adult
(All inclusive of breakfast) Babies under 2 yrs free of charge

Twin room
£70.00 per night for 2 people
£45.00 per night for single occupancy

From 1st May to 1st Sept we have a minimum 2 night stay at weekends (Friday/Sat) unless the rooms are still available 2 weeks beforehand when we will accept a 1 night booking . We regret we are not able to accept credit or debit cards but do accept UK sterling cheques or UK sterling cash.

Cancellations
It is our policy not to charge if we are given reasonable notice but we would ask for 50% of the total charge if the cancellation is within 3 days or when we are not able to re-let the rooms.
